Coach Development

Coaching is a lifelong journey of learning, reflection, and growth. Whether you are working towards an ICF credential, renewing your accreditation, or simply committed to developing your practice, I offer a supportive and professionally rigorous environment in which you can continue evolving as a coach.

My work integrates Mentor Coaching and Coach Supervision, two complementary yet distinct approaches to professional development. While Mentor Coaching focuses on developing coaching competence in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies, Coach Supervision supports you as a reflective practitioner, strengthening your professional identity, ethical awareness, and capacity to navigate the complexity of your coaching work.

Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching offers a dedicated learning space to develop your coaching competencies in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. Through observation, reflective dialogue, and developmental feedback, we explore what is already working well, identify opportunities for growth, and help you integrate the competencies in a way that feels authentic to your own coaching style.

Whether you are preparing for an ICF credential, renewing an existing credential, or simply seeking to refine your coaching, Mentor Coaching supports you in developing greater confidence, presence, and consistency in your practice.

Coach Supervision

Coach Supervision provides a reflective and collaborative space in which you can explore your coaching relationships, your professional identity, and the wider context in which your coaching takes place. It invites you to pause, think more deeply about your practice, navigate ethical dilemmas and complexity, and consider how you show up as a coach.

Supervision is not only a resource for professional development but also for sustaining your well-being and resilience, enabling you to continue serving your clients with integrity, presence, and authenticity.

Who Is This For?

This work is for coaches who want to:

  • Deepen their coaching competence and confidence.
  • Reflect on real coaching conversations and professional challenges.
  • Strengthen their ethical awareness and professional judgement.
  • Meet ICF or EMCC credentialing and continuing professional development requirements.
  • Continue evolving as reflective, authentic, and effective coaching professionals.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in curiosity, partnership, and thoughtful challenge. I believe that the deepest professional growth emerges through reflection, honest dialogue, and increased self-awareness. I create a learning environment where you can think openly, experiment confidently, and continue developing your own authentic way of being a coach.
