Last month, I had two supervision sessions with Séamus, and I would like to sincerely thank him for his support and contribution to my professional development as a coach.
Our work together was both grounding and thought-provoking. It helped me to reflect on my role as a coach, and gain more clarity on the values that guide my work, as well as the unique value I bring to my clients.
As a supervisor, Séamus creates a space for deep reflection, holding a thoughtful balance between challenge and support. This work allowed me to see my professional journey from a new perspective.
