I had the privilege of working with Séamus across several seasons of my personal and professional journey. From 2020 to 2022, he coached me through the challenges of parenting young adult children, navigating career transition, and addressing relationship issues. Séamus’ ability to hold space with empathy, while asking powerful, thought-provoking questions, helped me move from confusion to clarity.
In 2024, I engaged him again as my mentor coach while preparing for the re-certification of my ACC credentials. His guidance during this period was invaluable; he combined sharp insight into ICF standards with encouragement that built my confidence as a coach. I always felt both stretched and supported, which is exactly what one needs in a mentor.
Most recently, I attended the Compass Coaching Model program (7 – 28 July 2025), which he developed and facilitated. The program reflected the same strengths I have consistently experienced in him: clarity of thought, practical frameworks, and a deep commitment to the growth of coaches.
Séamus is not only a skilled coach but also a gifted mentor and trainer. He brings presence, wisdom, and structure to every engagement, and he has played a pivotal role in my development both personally and professionally.
