Séamus Ó Muircheartaigh is a professional coach and educator. His presentation on “Integrating a Compass Coaching Mindset” was resourceful, educational, and engaging. In this three-part mini-course, he introduced coaches to a set of perspectives and beliefs that enhance the coaching process for both coaches and clients while providing direction in their practices. He linked each concept to the ICF core competencies, which I found valuable for adhering to their code of ethics in coaching.
