“Seamus is a rare kind of coach, in my opinion. His ability to listen with an open mind and heart is just a starting point. Seamus has a capacity to distill insight and awareness with attunement and powerful language, and he has a keen ability to draw out the power in my own language. He holds focus and structure that frees up the coachee to meander paths of meaning, knowing that we will laser in on what it is important and get to the path (or back to the path) we need to be on.
He masterfully applies NLP concepts that have opened up ways of thinking that have not only impacted me as coachee, but as a coach and trainer, too.
