Learning is a choice. I joined to get the mentor hours, I walked away with refreshed encouragement – the impact each coach can bring. Seamus allowed us in this group grouping to experience the different coaching styles we bring and helped us see the powerful connections of questions and responses and ground it all to the ICF PCC markers. I am thankful for the experiential learning.
