We like what is the same, we learn from what is different

In general, we like what is the same but, we learn from what is different.

Learning is built on the ability to see and notice differences. The greater the difference, the quicker, the deeper and more effective the learning is.

• What are some of the ways you can develop an awareness of difference in the learning and training room?
• What are some of the contrasts that you can set up so that you can help your learners and trainees make distinctions?
• How can you help your learners and trainees see some of the similarities within the differences?
• How can an awareness of both the similarities ad the differences enhance and enrich the learning and training experience?
