‘Integrating a Compass Coaching Mindset’ introduces coaches at all levels to a compelling set of perspectives, beliefs, or ways of thinking that can underpin what it means for your clients to be able to get the most out of a coaching process.
Sharing these mindsets with them will also have a direct impact on how they understand the coaching process and give your clients the opportunity to show up to each individual coaching session in the most effective frame of mind.
‘Integrating a Compass Coaching Mindset’ opens the landscape for the client as to what is possible, it widens their perspective, giving them more things to see and gives direction as to how they are going to be thinking.
For you as a coach, sharing these mindsets enables you to sets up the ‘rules of engagement’ around how effective coaching processes work. Moreover, it will also support you in setting a solid foundation for your coaching and enable you to do your best work.
‘Integrating a Compass Coaching Mindset’ provides a solid foundation to The Compass Coaching Model, a model for coaching based around and framed with an easily memorable concept, the metaphor of learning and change as a journey, where the compass gives the journey a sense of direction and purpose.
This mini course is spread over three sessions.
Session 1 entitled ‘Designing the Route’ will look at the first four of the eight key mindsets.
Session 2 ‘Steadying the Ship’ will look at the second four of the mindsets.
Finally, Session 3 ‘Sailing the Seas’ focuses on even more practical ideas on how you can support your clients to put the eight different elements of the mindset into action.
