Methodology

The sessions will be in a workshop format, highly participative and interactive and fun. Participants will meet a wide variety of ideas, concepts, and activities of immediate classroom application and throughout the course, they will have the opportunity to prepare a motivating action plan that will help them continue to implement what they will have learned long after the training has finished.

Participants will also have ample opportunity to coach and be coached and as a result, get hands-on practice of the concepts the course covers. Feedback is also an essential part of the course where participants will use the experience of coaching and being coached to reassess, develop, and improve on their skills.

Furthermore, there will be ample opportunity to tailor parts of the course to the specific needs of the participants and to focus the sessions around the day-to-day issues facing teachers today.
